But, don't make assumptions.

The link you referred to is really "a teaching lesson" created by Stopheart to teach people how to solve the competition level.
The level you referred to, was create by Stopheart to facilitate teaching.

Shengli03 was gracious enough to collect and package the lesson together to post it on MF8.
There's a reason why he never put his name on the author line.

Please don't make assumptions you don't know.   You can ask if you're not sure.
