Thank you very much!

Hi ValdisB,

When you collect levels, you should do your best to save the original title and author info.

When you don't know who the author(s) is/are, it is best to assume to don't have permission to publish it.   And please don't publish it anywhere.
If you really need to include levels in your program, there are some levels out there that you can include as long as you provide the proper credit.   For example, levels from David W. Skinner, Bruno Druille, Aymeric Du Peloux and Yoshio Murase to name a few.

Of course, it's best to come up with your own levels.
It's easy to design levels.   Levels may not be good, but at least you know it's created by you and 100% original.

If you have a level and you're not sure who the author is, I may be able to help.
Please feel free to send me an email:   anianwu at gmail dot com.

Thank you very much, it's good!

But the next question: how to get the permission to publish the level I am interested in?
Do I need this, even the level is public, has taken / from public sites, like sokoban.org, or opensource published games, too?

I am writing my own sokoban with solver right now - so I need such levels to illustrate.
Can I take anything I see for free? If  not, it's someth. new for me, unfortunately, I can't
catch even who... The solution, yes, if it's main, it's main of course.

Excuse me for long message, I am newcomer, here for one week only!

"However, please don't post levels from others unless you have the permission to do so."
Yes, agree of course, but:
- I have large amount of randomly collected levels (mainly from sokoban games / solvers / algrith tests / competitions etc. and few of them are quite interesting at least for me....

Please, tell me, how I can check from where they are, why is author and what's his opinion about the publishing of the level?

ValdisB, this is a Thinking Rabbit level.   We welcome people to share levels.  However, please don't post levels from others unless you have the permission to do so.
